The center stone is almost a half a carat and I replaced it with a real princess cut cz from a local jeweler (cost me $35 or something) because this is NOT a true princess cut and looks very fake and has no sparkle. The setting looked very expensive and beautiful though! It has milgrain, wheat etching, filigree swirls and hearts, pave accent side stones...you could not ask for more! So I suggest putting a diamond, cz or gemstone in a true princess cut in this setting and you'll be very happy with it!
