(More customer reviews)I received this as my engagement ring! It's a very pretty ring with a sizable ruby. The ruby is a purplish pink rather than blood red, but it's a very nice color nonetheless. It suits my brown skin. There are obvious inclusions in the gem, but they don't take away too much from its beauty. The two diamonds are very nice too - they sparkle brighter than the ruby in certain kinds of light. The gold band is nice and thick.
The company sent us two rings by mistake, and I kept the nicer one. The other one was not nearly as pretty. So the quality might be somewhat inconsistent. The ring turned out to be a little looser than expected, maybe they run large.
