(More customer reviews)I made this purchase after calling the seller (DivaDiamonds) to make sure the quality was what I was looking for. I was assured it was...and it was 80+% off. There was one excuse after another as to why I didn't receive it on time, and I later found out the shipping confirmation was sent but the item wasn't taken to FedEx for 6 days! Once I got it I was very disappointed. Aside from the ring not even being a size 8, the back of the band is so small and narrow that it is very likely to break very easily and the diamonds are much smaller than what I was told and what the picture shows. I decided to return this ring and had to call a couple times before I finally received the credit, again with many excuses. They said they never received it, etc and without a tracking number, insurance and delivery confirmation I am pretty certain that I would have never received a refund. Buy with MUCH caution!!!
