Embarrassed, I promptly contacted Glitz via e-mail about getting it replaced. Two days passed without a response, so I sent a sent a second query. It took about five days to get a response to the second e-mail. I had already sent the ring back and requested a replacement. It took much longer to get the replacement than the original shipment. I would not do business again with Glitz. Too bad, my niece really did love the ring, it was very pretty.
