They took the time to send me pictures of the actual product and put up with my credit card not going through. I had to adjust my daily limit to make this purchase. I'd check with your bank to see what your limit is before buying. The only minor issue is that it is slightly too big for her finger, but we can get it re-sized here. I ordered a size 5.5 but the ring is probably a 6 (or else the national jewelry store we checked ring sizes at got the size wrong). I went to a store downtown and they wanted twice as much for the same thing. She has only had it on her finger for 5 days so I can't say how it will hold up, but so far we love it.
